Earshot

Sorts your app store reviews into themes and drafts a reply to each one. Claude tells you what people are saying, and you decide what to post.

The Earshot window: a form with the app name, store and pasted reviews, then two themes, signed out unexpectedly and offline mode, followed by each review beside an editable drafted reply with a character count.
Earshot grouping reviews and drafting replies. The app and reviews shown are examples.

How it works

  1. Bring your reviewsPaste them in, or open a CSV export from Google Play Console or App Store Connect.
  2. See the themesClaude groups the reviews by topic, such as a bug, a missing feature or the price, with a count and a suggestion for your team.
  3. Get a draft for every reviewEach reply answers what that reviewer wrote, in their language, within the store's length limit.
  4. Edit and post them yourselfChange any draft, watch the character count, and copy it into your store console, or save everything as a spreadsheet.

How it is built

  • Powered by ClaudeThe analysis and drafts come from Anthropic's Claude models, using your own API key.
  • Careful by designDrafts never promise a fix, a date or a refund, and never ask anyone to change a rating, which the stores prohibit.
  • Nothing is posted for youEarshot does not connect to your store account. A reply goes out only when you paste it in yourself.
  • FreeEarshot is free to use and open source under the MIT licence. You pay Anthropic only for the runs you make.
